Reaction: CpnT hydrolyses NAD+

The C-terminal domain of CpnT, tuberculosis necrotizing toxin (TNT) has NAD+ hydrolase activity. Its secretion depletes NAD+ in the cytosol of the phagocyte which leads to necrosis (Sun et al. 2015).
