GAB2 is phosphorylated by the activated FLT3 receptor. Phosphorylated GAB2 interacts with PTPN11 and the regulatory subunit of PI3K and promotes signaling through AKT and STAT5 (Zhang et al, 2000; Masson et al, 2009; Chonabayashi et al, 2013; reviewed in Kazi and Ronnstrand, 2019).
